Momentumm is looking for a paid media specialist to join our team and contribute to the agency's growth.

If you're...

• Passionate about web marketing and particularly all aspects of advertising campaigns
• Experienced in web platforms (Meta, Google, Programmatic, etc.), CRM and marketing tools (landing pages, CRM)
• Able to understand a company's reality and its customers' issues, so as to make its efforts stand out from the crowd
• Organized and meticulous in managing budgets, deliverables and meeting objectives

Your responsibilities and working days will revolve around the following tasks:

• Creating, managing and optimizing customer campaigns according to their objectives;
• Keyword research, trend monitoring, creation and tracking of conversions, etc. ;
• Creation of landing pages;
• Reflection to improve our customers' conversion rates;
• Participation in customer relations and account growth strategy;
• Collaboration with other team members to contribute to the success of customer campaigns (design, development, SEO, etc.);
• Participation in Momentumm marketing initiatives;
• Maintain necessary platform certifications (Meta, Google, HubSpot, etc.);
• Work and certification in the HubSpot universe - always in line with your tasks and the company's service offering.

Job requirements:

• Excellent French and English (spoken and written);
• At least 1 to 2 years' experience in a similar position;
• An excellent grounding in the various tools related to web advertising, from platforms to third-party tools for keyword research or tracking;
• A good grounding in the following CMS platforms: HubSpot, WordPress, Shopify, Webflow ;
• Good analytical skills and a flair for marketing;
• Increased knowledge of typical work tools such as Google Workspace, Slack and others.

If you're...

• Passionate about creating dynamic and engaging video content
• Comfortable with cinema cameras and able to shoot vertical content adapted to different social platforms
• An expert in video editing and color grading (Premiere Pro & DaVinci Resolve)
• Able to produce basic motion design
• Familiar with creating content optimized for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and Facebook
• Experienced in using CRM and analytical tools to track and optimize the performance of published content (internal and for customers)
• Passionate about market trends and new content creation practices to ensure relevant and optimized production
• Organized and meticulous in managing equipment and shoots
• Able to work on several projects at once, while respecting sometimes tight deadlines
• Willing to travel to various shooting locations, customer offices...etc (driver's license and car required)

Your responsibilities and work days will revolve around the following tasks:

• Shooting and editing videos for various digital channels (websites, CRM, social networks, advertising).
• Capture and edit vertical content for TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.
• Color grading and calibration on DaVinci Resolve for professional rendering.
• Basic motion design in After Effects to enrich videos with animated graphics.
• Content optimization for each platform: formats, lengths and social trends.
• Monitoring and analyzing the performance of published content via various CRM and analytical tools to maximize the impact of distribution strategies.
• Keeping abreast of market trends and innovations in content creation to ensure that our productions are always up-to-date and effective.
• Collaborate with internal teams and customers to translate their needs into engaging video content.
• Manage filming equipment and set up efficiently on location.
• Participating in Momentumm's social media content strategy.

Job requirements:

• 3+ years experience in video and social media content creation.
• Proficiency in Adobe software: Premiere Pro, Photoshop, After Effects.
• Experience with DaVinci Resolve for color grading.
• In-depth knowledge of social networks and their optimal formats.
• Experience with CRM and analytical tools for performance tracking.
• Ability to create content adapted to branding and marketing strategies.
• Autonomous and organized, able to manage several projects simultaneously.
• Creativity and aesthetic sense.
• Excellent command of written and spoken French and English.
